Personal Training with Damo's Team

£2,000 20 sessions (£100 per session)

Train with Ross's specially selected, handpicked team at Damo's Personal Training. These are trainers Ross personally trusts to deliver the same quality and results-focused approach you'd expect from him.

Please note: this package is training with Damo's team, not Ross himself.

What's the difference between coaching and personal training?

Coaching (Steps 2 & 3) is online support - you get programmes, check-ins, and guidance but do your workouts independently. Personal training (Step 4) means someone is with you during your sessions, coaching you through every rep.

Can I combine coaching with personal training?

Absolutely - this is the recommended approach for maximum results. We offer discounts for clients who purchase coaching and PT packages together. Contact us for combined pricing.

Who is Damo's team?

Damo's Personal Training is a trusted team that Ross has personally vetted and recommends. They deliver the same quality and results-focused approach at a more accessible price point.

How do the weekly check-ins work?

Check-ins are typically done via video call or voice note, depending on your preference. We'll review your progress, adjust your programme, and address any challenges you're facing.

Can I cancel my long-term coaching subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. We don't lock you into long contracts. If you need to pause or stop, just let us know before your next billing date.

Do you offer payment plans?
